Truman Glen Fletcher

T. Glen Fletcher 68, a resident of Houston, Texas passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, March 2, 2018. 

Glen was born on December 30, 1949 to Truman and Helen Fletcher Hawthorn.   He was a graduate of Crane High School in Crane, Texas.  Upon graduation he earned a basketball scholarship and played at both Howard College Junior College and West Texas A&M where he graduated with a business degree.   Glen was most recently in Sales for Hertz. 

Glen is preceded in death by his father Truman, and his step-father Wayne Hawthorn.

Survivors include his mother, Helen Hawthorn, his son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Lyndsi Fletcher, a granddaughter, McKenzie Fletcher, sisters, Carol Adcock, Kathleen Walker, Mary Hemond, Donna Chapman, a brother, Dale Hawthorn, and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at Unity Funeral Home, 7730 Boone Rd., Houston, Texas 77072 on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.

Graveside services will be performed at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to a favorite charity.
