Visitation will be held in the chapel of Unity Funeral Home from 3:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. on Monday, February 8, 2016. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 2:00 at Notre Dame Catholic Church.
