Michelle Renee Stanciel was called to her eternal home on May 24, 2015. She was born on February 11, 1977 in Houston, Texas to Sharon Renee Stanciell and Michael Ray maxey.
Michelle attended school at Barbara Jordan High School. She found Christ at an early age and accepted him as her Lord and savior, and was baptized at Friendship Baptist Churchin 1986. Later she became a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Michelle was united in Holy Matrimony to Venlee Tray Gladney in 2001 and to this union three children were born.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Venlee Tray Gladney, her grandmother Jou Lou Cockerham, grandfather, john Cockerham, and her great-great grandmother Cynthia Thompson.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her Mother Sharon Stanciell-Maxey, sister Cheri Eaglin (Sherman Luster), daughter Makala Gladney, two sons: Michael Glaney, and Damond Stanciell, two aunts: Cynthia Stanciel (Jasper McCauley), Denise Greene, uncle John Cockerham Jr., two nieces: Alana and Leah Eaglin along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many more friends and family.
