Micheal Leveray Pope Jr.

On December 11, 1992, Micheal Leveray Pope. Jr. was born to Leticia Byrd and Michael Pope, Sr. in Houston, Texas. He received his formal education from the local schools in the Alief Independent School District and obtained his General Education Diploma.

With the blessing of being raised in a home of faith, Micheal became a Christian at an early age. This is a trait that he acknowledged and kept close to his heart throughout his life journey.

Micheal was a dedicated employee with Mark's Office Services. In his leisure time, he enjoyed dancing, playing and watching sports, listening to music, watching movies, playing chess and dominos, playing video games, and working out. More than anything, he loved being in the presence of loved ones and friends. He always brought so much joy to everyone in his presence and his advice and foresight were invaluable. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

On August 24, 2022, Micheal Leveray Pope, Jr. departed this life. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Doreta Carter; aunts, Shamara Byrd and Lakeshia Byrd; and uncles, Greg and Mario Pope.

Micheal's love and legacy will forever remain in the hearts of his mother, Leticia L. Byrd; his father, Michael L. Pope, Sr.; grandmother, Cynthia L. Jones; five sisters, Mason, Lakeshia, Miquella, Donequia, and Raven; four brothers, Rodney, Jay, Jermiah, and Braylon; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
