Lucia Igot Ygona

Mrs. Lucia I. Ygona, 88 age, passed away peacefully Sept. 5, 2022. She was born June 30, 1934 in Cebu City, Philppines to Joaquin Igot and Jovita Flores. She married the love of her life, Benjamin Dy Ygona, in July 25, 1953 who preceded her in death in 1965. Lucy is a devoted mother of six and twenty-three grandchildren & great grandchildren. She was a good business woman and entrepreneur. She was a loving, caring, giving, kindhearted and very compassionate mother. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, crocheting and shopping. For us she was our perfect mother and will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her children -  

1).   Jesusa De La Banda (daughter), Teofilo Uy Tan (deceased - son-in-law), Joselito De La Banda (son-in-law)), Christopher Ian (grandson), James Alexander (grandson), James Isaac (great-grandson) and Franzine Elizabeth (great-granddaughter).

2.)   Lourdes Aranas (daughter) , Jose Aranas (deceased- son-in-law), Horley (grandson), Donabelle (wife of Horley), Horbelle Fatima (great-granddaughter) & Hailey Marie (great-granddaughter), Jiggs (grandson), Richelle (wife of Jiggs), Kean (great-grandson), Katrina, (great-granddaughter), Kaithleen (great-granddaughter), Krystal (great-granddaughter). Jasper (grandson) & Princess (wife of Jasper)

3.).   Nimfa Ygona Reganon (daughter), Geroncio Reganon (son-in-law), Hazel Joy  (granddaughter), Dennis (husband of Hazel Joy), Lyngel (granddaughter)  & Castielyn (great-granddaughter)

4.)    Antonio Benjamin Ygona (son), Ann Mercy (daughter-in-law), Racil Hinden (ex-daughter-in-law), Huriel (grandson), Margaret (wife of Huriel), Lucas (great-grandson), Hubert (grandson), Myriel (wife of Hubert) & Ava (great-granddaughter) & Hurby (granddaughter)

5.) Ricardo Ygona (son) , Leah (daughter-in-law), Charlotte Mae (granddaughter), Sean Kevin (grandson) & Jan Benjamen (grandson)

6.) Elsa Ygona Carroll (daughter) & Kevin Lee Carroll (deceased - son-in law)

Services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Unity Funeral Home Chapel from 4:00 PM  -  8:00 PM.
