Harold James Bittner, JR.

In loving memory of Harold James Bittner Jr., born October 5, 1931, who passed away March 28, 2016.  We will honor his life with a Memorial Service held on April 7, 2016 at the Unity Funeral Home, located at 7730 Boone Road, Houston, Texas at 11:00 A.M.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents, Harold James Bittner and Anna Santacroce Bittner, his sister, Rita Dipoli, his wife of 40 years, Marilyn Ann Bittner, daughter, Denise Nadeaux, and son Timothy Bittner.  He is survived by sister, Helen "Babe" Donnely of Connecticut, son Harold "Hal" James Bittner III, grandson Harold James Bittner IV and wife Tina and great granddaughter Madilyn, granddaughter, Kayla Heineman and husband Will Heineman, all of Pennsylvania.  Daughter Keli Reed and husband, Phillip Reed, grandson Brandon Reed and wife, Terri Reed and grandson Scott Reed and husband, Luis Ugalde, all of Houston, Texas, son Timothy's wife Anne Bittner, grandson Nathan, granddaughter Ashley Bittner of Richmond, Virginia, and grandson John Goebel Jr., great grandson Trey and great granddaughter Kayden Goebel of Alvin, Texas.   Also survived by his companion of the last fifteen years, Leona Baker of Houston, Texas.  Harold was a devoted friend, son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.  He will be remembered for being tough as nails, as well as a caring father figure to many.
