Visitation will be held at Unity Funeral Home 7730 Boone Rd. Houston, Tx. 77072 on Thursday August 3, 2015 from

3-9 pm.

Funeral Mass will be at Notre Dame Catholic Church 7720 Boone Rd. Houston, Tx. 77072 0n Friday August 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM.

Burial will take place at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery 12800 Westheimer Houston, Tx. 77077 following the church Mass.
