George "Butch" Earl Goff, Jr.

George “Butch” Earl Goff, Jr. passed away November 26, 2015 in Altair, Texas. He was 53 years old. George was born December 16, 1961 in Sealy, Texas to George Earl Goff, Sr and Margaret Drymalla. George grew up in the Alief area and attended Alief schools. George married Rebecca Garza, and the couple had four children. 

George was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret “Margie” Goff; his father George Earl Goff, Sr, his brother William “Billy” Goff, and his sisters Connie Goff and Janet Freudensprung.

George is survived by his daughters, Brittany Goff, Nicole Goff, and Natalie Goff; his son, Justin Goff; his grandson, Anthony Goff; four sisters, Kay Sliva and family, Diane Steen and family, Debbie Moeller and family, Vickie Baldwin and family, and numerous other family members.

George loved to go fishing and deer hunting with family. He was a jack of all trades whose talents included plumbing and installing siding.  George was an incredible son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to help someone out. 

The Family will receive visitors from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Unity Funeral Home. Memorial Services will begin at 1pm.
