Frank Victor Vigo

Frank Victor Vigo, 80 years of age, passed away on April 15, 2021.    Frank was born on March 11, 1941 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Joseph and Emma Vigo.  Frank predeceased his parents Joseph and Emma Vigo,    Also his brothers:  Kelly Vigo, Johnnie Vigo, Floyd Romero, Joseph Vigo and his sisters:    Joyce Istre and Darlene Reed

Frank is survived by his son Victor Vigo, and grandchildren Isaac Vigo, Isabel Vigo
 

Also left to mourn his memory are his siblings:

Brother:  William Vigo      Sisters:  Theresa Miaoulis, Mary Jo Thompson, Julia Mae Ravia

He loved all things outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping. Even though he had a very hard childhood, he did the best he could to not let that influence him as a father. He was always quick with a joke and a laugh. He would at times go way out of his way to help people and also at times to make you feel so special. He moved up at his job with Harris County through determination, starting off at the bottom, clearing fields for roads to eventually being the Inspector. He made the best of any situation and did his best in every situation.
