Eveth Eugenie "Jennifer" Cooper

Eveth Eugenie "Jennifer" Cooper, 65, of Houston, Texas, passed away unexpectedly on May 8th, 2023.
 

She was born to the late Edwin and Lucy Campbell, on February 13th, 1958, in Saint Ann Parish, Jamaica. In 1982, Jennifer met her future husband Marvin Cooper, and moved to the United States in 1984.
 

Like many, Jennifer traversed numerous career paths but found her calling as a florist. She always had a love for plants and flowers so her profession was a natural fit and gave her great satisfaction. When she wasn't gardening, she was creating gift baskets and floral arrangements for her small business. Jennifer was endlessly creative and was often preoccupied with a project.
 

Jennifer will be remembered for her compassionate heart, immense generosity, and wonderful sense of humor. She loved to laugh and had a smile that lit up a room. Though she may no longer be with us, memories of her will live on in our hearts forever.
 

Jennifer is survived by her two children: Simone and Nicholas. She is also survived by her siblings: Eleth, Glenna, Dorett, Lopez, Astley, and Trevor, as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
 

An intimate memorial service for family and friends is scheduled for Saturday, May 27th, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Unity Funeral Home, 7730 Boone Rd., Houston, TX 77072.
