Debra Faye Singh, 68 years of age, of Houston, Texas passed away on October 4, 2020. Debra was born on October 7, 1951 to Henry and Betty Touchette Sr. in Jennings, Louisiana. Debra precedes in death her parents Henry and Betty Touchette, Sr.

Debra leaves behind many family members who loved her dearl. She is survived by her daughter Cynthia and son Mark. Also her daughter in law Linda, son in law Jessie and son in law Felix. Her 6 grandchildren Deidra, Michelle, Danielle, Jessie, Sammy, and Monique. Her 24 great-grandchildren.
