Carmencita De Guzman Zoleta, 81 age, passed away peacefully August 13, 2022 due to head Trauma after having a bad fall. After surgery she never woke up and slowly let go to go home to God. She was born June 4th, 1941 in Manila, Philippines to Constancio Dizon De Guzman and Marina Neri. She married the love of her life, Eduardo Ramos Zoleta, in April 23rd of 1967 who preceded her in death in 2012.
Carmen loved to share her love with people. She loved sewing and knitting. Her hands were rarely still. As a stylist she really enjoyed cutting hair as well. She always shared her love through her food. She enjoyed cooking for many and having big parties at home.
Carmen is the loving and devoted Mother of three and survived by her Son Roberto and his wife Rita with their Son Raphael, daughter Melinda and her fiance Stephen Torres with her Son Jaelon and her daughter Lauryn, and the youngest Michael. All of these she loved deeply.
Carmen was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her Son Michael who always took care of her and tended to her needs. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She made friends everywhere she went. Many remember her as their hairstylist and when retired many still sought her to continue styling their hair.
Please join us celebrating her life by attending her viewing Thursday August 25th, 2022, between 5:00 pm — 8pm in the evening at Unity Funeral Home, 7730 Boone Rd Houston, Texas 77072. Her burial mass will be held at Holy Family Church in Missouri City, Texas @ 10:30 AM 1510 5th St, Missouri City, Texas 77489. Soon after will be her funeral procession which will be held at Forest Park Cemetery Mausoleum, 12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, Texas 77077.
