Bernardo Navarra Haro Jr.

Bernardo Navarra Haro, Jr. was born on July 23, 1929 in the Philippines to Bernardo and Jesusa Haro, he passed away in Houston on Sunday, January 24, 2016.   Bernardo is preceded in death by his wife Loreto B. Haro and his 4 siblings Ernesto, Soterana, Fe, and Expedito.  Survivors include Daughter Maria; Son Bernardo III. and Jeanie, their daughters Allyson and Amanda and their granddaughter, Mr. Haro's first great-granddaughter Kayleigh; Son Julius, and his wife Elaine and their son Eric.  Also one brother Ricardo Haro, his wife Ana and their son Justin all of Houston.

Bernardo was a graduate of University of Santo Thomas, The Catholic University of the Philippines.    After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, he became an Architect.   Bernardo also became an active member of The Lion's Club, and the West Visayan Circle of Houston.   He was also a long time parishioner of Notre Dame Catholic Church in Houston, Texas.

Visitation will be on Monday February 1, 2016 from 3:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. in the chapel of Unity Funeral Home, 7730 Boone Road, Houston, Texas 77072 (281) 561-6300.    Funeral Service will be Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 7720 Boone Road, Houston, Texas 77072.
