Obituary
Alfredo Villaflores Banogon, 85 years of age, of Stafford, Texas, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023. Alfredo was born in the Philippines on May 23,1938 to Eusebio and Felicidad Banogon .
Goodie, as he was fondly called by family, relatives and friends since he was a child because he was a “good boy”, is survived by his children Angeles Vanessa, Karen Faye and Bertrand Val. Also left to celebrate the life he lived is his brother Ed and family. He also leaves behind many family and friends here and in the Philippines.
Alfredo worked in a bank as a bank officer and was very active in interbank sports activities - basketball and bowling are top favorites. He was once president of the banker’s athletic association. Playing ping pong and collecting coins are his likes and he loves gardening and going to casinos with his late wife Gloria and close family friends. Also very active in civic club activities he will be remembered as a very giving father with a good sense of humor and a zest for life. He will be greatly missed.
Service will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Unity Funeral Home Chapel.
