Emmanuel Joseph Bowman, 58 years of age, of Houston, Texas, passed away on June 11, 2019. Emmanuel was born in Houston, Texas on October 3, 1960 to Joseph Jenkins and Elizabeth Bowman. Emmanuel is preceded in death by the following family members: Joseph Jenkins (Dad), Elizabeth Bowman (Mother), David Smith (Brother), Whitney Bowman (Daughter), and Niya Jackson (Niece)

Emmanuel is survived by his wife of 10 years, Carolyn. He also leaves behind to cherish his memory are his children: Courtney Bowman, Cydney Bowman, Robert Bowman, Brittney Bowman, and Philip Thomas (Stepson). His brothers and sister: Kenneth Jenkins, Jackie Walker, Matthew Bowman, Jerry Bowman, Leroy Jenkins, Earl Jacobs.

Service is scheduled for Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Church of the Cross, 3835 S. Dairy Ashford, Houston, Texas 77082. Funeral home will arrive at church at 1:00 for a one hour viewing prior to service.
